The IS6811A uses a very compact 3mm x 5mm FCQFN package that supports up to 30A continuous current, integrates high-side and low-side power FETs and gate drivers, and minimizes parasitic components on the PCB, resulting in higher efficiency and better deadtime control. IS6811AQI device expert withstands 4 times higher than the maximum operating current, twice the competitive current, the maximum circuit can reach 160A.

The IS6811A operates from 100KHz to 2MHz and is also equipped with an integrated current monitoring function and temperature reporting function. And equipped with a full set of protection features, including positive and negative current limit, over-temperature input power UVLO.
