CPU dual-loop digital-analog hybrid multiphase buck controller,
Controllable single channel up to control 5 phase power level synchronous output

IS6202A is a dual-output digital multiphase buck controller designed for CPU voltage regulation and fully compliant with PMBus 1.3.1 and VR13.HC specifications. The chip can be configured with up to two outputs, Loop 1 can be configured with 5-phase operation and Loop 2 can be configured with 1-phase operation. The QFN-40(5mm x 5mm) is used to achieve high efficiency in the output load range, and dynamic phase control can be carried out according to the load current.

The IS6202A uses our patented (TCOTTM) control algorithm to achieve fast transient response, IS6202A supports 127 address values for two PMBus bus interfaces. Device configuration can be defined using the Innovision GUI and stored in on-chip non-volatile memory (NVM) to reduce external components and minimize package size, while it also provides dynamic phase control based on load current and comprehensive OVP, UVP, OCP, OTP failure protection.
